Historical retrospective
Personas, knowledge and party choices: October 3–5
The decision work makes personas and social choices depend on current evidence, while preventing expired promises, old revisions or contradictory observations from becoming fresh facts.
The problem
Useful memory needs a complete window of supporting and invalidating observations. A relationship hint may influence an otherwise legal choice, but it cannot invent eligibility, membership or a native action.
What changed
October 3 proposed persona memory and fresh-start cohorts. October 4–5 preserved history invalidators and revision floors, capped knowledge and promise use at their expiry, and connected finite cohort planning, goal decisions, relationship hints and advisory party choices.
Evidence and review
October 5's cohort/persona demonstration carried finite planning into corrected Java goal decisions and exact recordings. Separate supplied-history and party fixtures preserved valid ACCEPT, DECLINE and CONTINUE choices while refusing stale or conflicting evidence. These are source and offline demonstrations.
Result and limits
The social advisory connection has qualified technical acceptance; its review accounting remains invalid and is excluded. Cohort planning does not prove live population capacity. Relationship history, invitation supply, Java-to-Node parity and durable social memory still need their own qualification.
Next priorities at the checkpoint
Bind authenticated current history, invitation and membership observations before native party effects. Keep complete-window invalidators and useful legal choices together as more evidence arrives.
